Cancellation & Amendment Policy

All Home Euthanasia cancellations or amendments to your booking must be made by phone to: 0161 503 1579

 

Your pet’s well-being is very important to us, we understand that in some circumstances you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Due to the high demand for home appointments, we ask that where possible you give us 24hrs to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations

​

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment date will receive a 100% refund.

​

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee:

- Within 12 hours of your appointment will result in a £50 fee

- Within 6 hours of your appointment will result in a £100 fee

- Within 3 hours of your appointment will result in a £150 fee

- Within 2 hour of your appointment will result in no refund of any monies paid for your appointment.

- All cancellations resulting in any refunds are also subject to a £20.00 admin fee

Amendments

​

We understand that you may wish to change the date/time of your Home Euthanasia appointment. Of course, our team can help with this but we may be limited on the alternative times/days that are available to move your appointment to.

​

Amendments made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur an Amendment fee:

- Within 12 hours of your appointment will result in a £15.00 fee

- Within 6 hours of your appointment will result in a £25.00 fee

- Within 3 hours of your appointment will result in a £50.00 fee

- We will not be able to amend any appointments within 1 Hour of your appointment time.
