At Legacy Pets, we believe that saying goodbye is difficult enough without the added stress of the clock. We understand that loss doesn't always happen during "office hours," which is why we created Legacy Late—our dedicated out-of-hours service covering Manchester and the surrounding areas, collecting from your home or vets.

Our Fees

Monday-Friday -

7:00pm - 8:00am = £FREE

​

Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays -

5:00pm - 9:00am = £FREE

 

No Penalties for the Time of Loss
We believe no family should be penalised for the time their pet passes away. Unlike many providers, Legacy Late does not charge additional out-of-hours fees. Whether you need us at midday or midnight, our priority is providing your pet with dignity and you with peace of mind.

Comfort Beyond the Vets
If your pet passes away at home or at a veterinary surgery, A quick call to Legacy Late and our team will collect them and bring them directly to our Local, Comfortable, and Peaceful crematorium. With Legacy Late, You ensure your best friend is tucked up that Evening/Morning.

 

At Legacy Pets we DO NOT believe in cold storage and we believe all loved one deserve to be made comfortable and that's exactly what we do, we treat all our clients loved ones in the same way we would treat our own. Legacy Late gives you this chance with a simple phone call.

If you are seeking urgent assistance during our Out of Hours times, we advise you to contact us via Telephone and not Email as these are not monitored throughout the night.

We will always try our best to answer your call during these hours, although we cannot guarantee that we are always available to pick up the phone immediately as we may only have one member of the team available on some night during these hours,

 

Though we will endeavour to return your call, on some occasions we can be inundated with calls. If you are unable to get through to us, please leave a voicemail and our team will get back to you at our earliest possible availability.

Evening Home Euthanasia appointments are available by prior arrangement only, we do not offer emergency Out of Hours visits for Home Euthanasia.
